About Us
Hello and thank you for viewing our website! We are Pat and Eve. We have lived in Four Corners four 8 years. We have been managing Vacation Rentals for 11. We have managed properties in South Beach, Miami, San Jose del Cabo, MX, and of course locally. We finally purchased our first home right here in Clermont, FL.
We began by managing our own apartments and spare bedrooms early on, our friends then asked us for help setting up their accounts and dealing with guest inquiries. We began to receive referrals and requests and decided to move into property management full time.
We are looking for new clients to take on. We love what we do and frankly we are very good at it. We have almost 1000 five-star reviews, personally and have provided our clients with more than 1000 more. We pride ourselves on providing services that allow you to feel safe that your investment is in good hands and that our guests are having a five star experience.
